How it works

For the Union Omaha and Kiewit Luminarium ticket bundle, I built the integration that delivers a Luminarium admission code after a customer buys the bundle through Union Omaha’s ticketing platform. A forwarded order confirmation enters a custom Apex email service in Salesforce. The service parses the receipt, validates the order details, and identifies the customer and qualifying bundle. Salesforce checks whether the order has already been processed, matches the customer to a Contact, and works with Veevart to create the admission benefit and a unique redemption code. The customer receives their code automatically. Staff get a trackable record and an alert when an order needs review, connecting the partner purchase to the museum visit without manually processing every receipt.
