Blood Drive Admission Automation
Turn a blood-drive donor list into personalized admission emails with unique QR codes and tracked redemption.
How it works
For Kiewit Luminarium’s Community First Blood Drive with Nebraska Community Blood Bank and First Alert 6, each donor was offered one complimentary adult admission. I built the Salesforce and Veevart process that turns the donor list into personalized emails, each containing a unique QR code redeemable at the Welcome Desk. The workflow gives donors an admission they can use and lets staff track both delivery and redemption in the systems they already use. It removes the need to maintain a separate spreadsheet or manually create every ticket.
